Villa Serenity

Villa Serenity is a 4-bedroom home surrounds a large pool, hot tub, and expansive deck - ideal for golfers, sun seekers and sports enthusiasts or those looking to relax in a very private setting. 3 full-time staff members who will prepare both breakfast and lunch daily at the request of the renter (renter provides food); daily laundry and pool maintenance as part of our service.
The villa has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is set up with 1 king bed. The second bedroom has 1 king bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 full beds. Each room has its own ensuite full bathroom. There is an additional guest bathroom as well.
3 full-time housekeeper, cook, and pool maintenance person, who work 9am-4pm daily. All are available for daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, gardening, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch is included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$45 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
Casa de Campo charges a resort fee of USD$25 per adult per day for access to all resort amenities.

Resort fee
The resort fee is an additional cost for all guests
USD25.00 per adult per night (people over 12 years old)
USD12.00 per child per night (people from 4 to 12 years old)
No fees applied to children under 4 years old
The resort fee authorizes all guests access to Casa de Campo facilities. All registered guests will be given an ID card with dates of their stay. Resort fee is subject to change without notice
